Hope to Oust Japanese

PEKING, Sept. 16 – The demonstration and near-riot that attended the visit of the America Congressmen in Seoul, Corea, has served to direct attention to condition in that country again. Since the popular outburst that was echoed throughout the world.

Meanwhile there has been a signification change in the tatics of the Corean nationalists and a marked increase in acts of violence. When the Corean Uprising first broke out it was a revolt of passive resistance. It expressed itself in demonstrations, in strike, in suspension of business, in resistance to government orders. What ever use of force there was, was Japanese.
